Alright right now the car is stock and I am fairly new at this whole replacing car parts etc.

I own a 1997 Honda Civic Cx Hatchback with ~155,000 km

This is what I am thinking of doing instead of going out and buying a brand new car.

-Paint the car white
-5% tint the two back side and rear window
-Replace the stock grill
-Replace the headlights with nice halogen white ones
-Fix the air conditioner as it was in an accident before I bought it and they had to remove something that the ac requires
-Buy 16" nice white or black rims and low profile tires

Any help as to where I can get these things for cheap and get exactly what I want? I found a grill and halogen headlights on ebay as a combo for $98+80 shipping but in the fine print it says the lights only come with amber bulbs? Why would halogen headlights come with amber bulbs? Shouldn't they be white?

Anyways looking for opinions on what I should do! Please note I don't want to drop a tonne of money on this old car
