So I'm thinking of picking up a BRIDE seat this guys selling, and I just want to make sure it will fit my car. He has it in an 2000 Si (EM1) and I drive a 2000 EX. He's also including rails, but because of the two different chassis, will those rails fit my car? Would any extra drilling be needed, or would those rails bolt on directly to the original holes?

Logically (and physically) correct, but technically incorrect. The 00 EX is an EJ8, while the 00 SI is an EM1, unless you live in Canada. As far as seats are concerned, though, they are exactly the same.

 

Make sure it isn't fake. If it is it is probably a death trap.

 

Chassis same. Trim level different.

 

chassis is not exactly the same, if you want to get technical. the front frame rails are different on the si.
