2006 Civic AC Compressor Clutch
I couldn't find a good answer for this anywhere.
I have a 2006 Civic, AC now blows hot. 134 is charged at the right level. Clutch is not engaging. Fuses are fine and no HVAC DTCs.
What exactly is a thermal limiter on the compressor? This is supposed to be the last thing I check.
Also, does anyone have a schematic for the ac electrical system? I want to see where the power to the clutch comes from exactly.

Ok so this is how I tested the clutch by giving it direct power. Let me know if I am testing it wrong.
First, unplugged the compressor harness.

Second, tested for continuity for the thermal limiter.

Third, made a power cable with a female dual wipe header pin to slide onto the correct pin.

Here it is connected to the center pin.

Lastly, connect it to 12VDC power.

I didn't get any movement from the clutch at all. Also, it didn't pull any power when putting the multimeter inline. So is it safe to assume the coil is bad?
Is it easier to just replace the entire compressor than just the coil/clutch?
