Icon2 Clutch problems, not engaging when cold.

97 Civic DX 5 speed
Hey guys, first time posting here. In the span of about a month, my clutch first started sticking to the floor. The big issue that just arose is when I first turn on the car. It feels as if my clutch isn't engaging at all. I pump it, try turning the car off and on again. Eventually once the car has been on a few minutes it starts engaging. It still feels like I'm barely able to shift, but it at least works. I'm very much a novice to a lot of car repairs, but in doing research I'm thinking about ordering a new master cylinder. Thoughts?

It's probably been around 75k miles since the Gear Oil has been drained and filled.

So the little resovoir attached to the Master Cylinder just has a tiny bit of liquid on the bottom. So I'm thinking that's likely the problem, god I'm a noob. What fluid do I put in there?

Check the slave cylinder also and the clutch line for leaks.

I see the slave cylinder. I haven't seen any evidence of leaks. Since I've had this car I havent added brake fluid to that resovoir though. Once I add the fluid, should i take any other steps?

Yes when you fill the reservoir keep an eye on your fluid levels.

Reply to kyden's question^.

If there's a fluid dripping, replace the clutch master cylinder and then bleed the hydraulic system.
