Have had the code for over a year, had system smoke tested and results were leaking from the evap steel line and top of the tank. Have to get it through emissions by Sept 15. Ive seen a lot on failing purge and vent solonoids. I have added over a gallon of gas after pump shuts off. Should I replace the canister and the purge and vent solonoids? Is it common for the fuel tank to rot out on top or just a bad tank seal? Live in CT. Plenty of calicum chloride and rock salt on the roads. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks in advance
