so i have a h22 chipped and tuned, s1 cams

so as cruise the afr will start at around 15(where it is supposed to be) then just get richer and richer all the way down to 10(maybe even richer my afr gauge only goes to 10). but when I press the throttle over 1/2 way or so my afr goes to 13.5 where it is supposed to be and wont go richer like when cruising. and it seems like im getting popping through the exhaust.
also because its running so rich at idle it starts to bog down and try to die
its not the tuning, im tuning it myself and its been fine for like several months, i even tried re-programming it on there
its not my map sensor, because while data logging it moves around on my map just fine, but while holding in one spot it just gets richer and richer.
