So my Accord overheats only on extended acceleration at freeway speeds. Temp will drop slowly on deceleration and has absolutely no problem with city driving. The fan operates normally. Fluid level drops slightly but I have yet to see an actual leak. I've replaced pressure cap and thermostat with no resolve.

 

What's a 95 Accord?

 

check and make sure your oil dont look milky if it is then you need a head gasket.
if not then maybe a new thermostat or radiator witch is no big deal.

I agree if you've changed everything and you can change the radiator to however my mechanic said if your car is over heating and you change everything that it's a huge red flag that it's your head gasket and you don't want that so check your head gasket now. If you put water in and than go to the muffler and theres little drops of water coming out than it's a head cracked.

I learned all this the hard way when my honda blew a head gasket over a long bridge this past weekend while I was on the way back from boogie boarding w/my boys so I didn't stop right away because it was night, bridge and I'm w/kids so I did a little more damage I think. If it wasn't blown than it blew as I kept going so watch your fluids every day and on ebay they have the whole gasket kit for under $70

You gave no information on the trim or engine model, is it a manual or an automatic, what sort of general maintenance have you done? Seriously, don't ask a half *** question or else you'll get a half *** answer.

 

Does your temperature gauge indicate that it is overheating, or does it always show cold? If it always shows cold, chances are the thermostat is bad, and replacing it will get the coolant flow back up to where it needs to be to run cooler.
If you are loosing water though, it is going somewhere, so it's an internal or external leak. As said above - check oil for water (looks like a latte' instead of oil and usually overfull), if an auto trans (kind of the same as engine oil, and overfull). If you are loosing water and it isn't those two, then probably through the headgasket or cracked head.....groan.....
