Default Door locks on Civic not working sometimes

1998 civic ex. I noticed lately that will all the rain and humidity that the locks don't really work. The one that keeps sticking the most is the driver side. In fact, if you sit in the vehicle and turn the key off (viper alarm automatically locks the doors when vehicle turns off), and try to unlock the doors while sitting inside ALL the locks struggle to unlock (you can hear them accuating - but don't travel up the distance to disengage the locks) - you can click the toggle switch up and down and they just don't seem to work, but if you hit the alarm remote they do. If you turn the vehicle on, and unlock them they usually work. Sometimes, for some strange reason the driver side always has issues. Is there some master lock control on the driver side that controls all the locks? Thoughts? Thanks.

I think you should start by testing the switch.
