A decent exhaust shop will be able to do it in about an hour. 50-60 bucks like WhoNeedsVtec said. It would be much easier on a lift but you can try it yourself. Oxy/Acetylene torches would make your life 100 times easier.

Put front of car on jackstands
Remove heatsheild
Remove any useless metal pieces that may restrict access
Remove 02 sensor(s)
Bust your *** trying to get the 3 cat bolts off
Use socket extention to get to the 3 bolts that connect to header to downpipe off
Undo 9 bolts that hold header primaries to the head
Apply anti-seize to 02 sensor
Reverse process

torque wrench to spec...or

lift the front of the car.. start it, if the cat bolts arent tight enough you will feel the exhaust leak same with your exhaust manifold...carefull not to burn your self

there really isn't any way to do a header install wrong actually...seriously, just lift the car and the rest is self explanatory (making sure you remove and install from the underside of the car)...it's just nuts man, it's just nuts....(and a few bolts too)

I took off the nuts for stock header today, it is so fu_king easy compare to installing high flow cat byself.
here are my question.
the stock header is also two piece(accord 02, 4cyl) can i use the gasket
between the two piece? coz they doesnt come with one.
btw auto zone have gasket too?
the aftermarket header have the o2 sensor near where the cat is.
I bypassed my o2sensor for my high flow cat. can i just switch those two sensor?
BTW I am gonna work on it as soon as the header cool off.

most likely junk.... eh you should be able to do this with hand tools homeslice.

if you take the o2 sensor housing bolts off and the primary to head bolts off you should be able to pull it off and not mes with the middle man bolts.

The bolts on my cat were so tight that my impact gun didn't work. I had to use a 2 foot breaker bar. I was under the car and basically had to bench press the thing. You should be able to buy or rent a breaker bar at Sears, Pepboys, autozone, home depot, etc. The torque wrench I got at home depot for about $50 and works really good. It does 0-100 ft. lbs. The key is the more you can jack it up the better. I used my $20 Pep boys jack stands, kept jacking it up and putting blocks of wood under my jack and got it to the max the jackstands would go.

IIRC just need 14, 12 (and maybe 10 mm for the heat sheild) sockets and wrenches.
If you don't own a rachet/socket/wrench set yet get one.

The fan blows more often and longer so it's a normal thing or it something bad?
