Greetings! '88 Civic with rough idle
Greetings all! Great forum you have here.
My brother recommended this site for a problem I am trying to debug with my Aunt's '88 Civic, fuel-injected, hatchback, auto-transmission. I believe it is the entry-level model. It only has 69K miles on the clock... a one owner car.
At high RPM the engine seems to run smoothly. But at idle it is rough. I am in Tucson right now trying to get the car ready to be smogged, but I don't want to do that until I can determine a fix for the rough idle issue.
Your thoughts?
