Default Throttle cable/gas pedal bracket help

Hey, I have this 98 civic sedan.
And the bracket that attaches the gas pedal to the throttle cable is broken.
I have the new bracket and a new cable
I was wondering if any one knows of any DIY for this
I got under there and it looks like a mess to replace the bracket.
Any help is a appreciated
And what would one normally charge for replacing this bracket?

you have the accelerator portion of the pedal assembly? if so, to change it is not hard its a super awkward position. best to remove the driver seat and lay on your back and look up. removal of the knee portion of the dash is required but all these procedures are super basic mechanics and require no special tools.

Here's a link the part I have
https://www.google.com/search?q=hond...eLJ4LkfoV-M%3A

Idk how it broke lol. But the part to the side of the portion with the circle is wear the gas pedal hooks up on it and its broken.

The hole goes around a piece that the brake pedal connects too.
The removable is basic, 5 12mm size bolts.
But getting the circle off the brake seems like a pain in the *** lol
And it is in an awkward position. I got the 5 bolts off but I haven't figured out how I am gonna get it off. Going to tackle it tomorrow.
