Car Leaking Water after Radiator Hose Replacement
I have been through quite a saga with my cooling system over the past few months: Have replaced radiator, cap, thermostat, and yesterday I replaced both hoses after one blew a hole in it (not sure if residual from prior issues or hoses were just old, or I still have an issue generating overpressure that caused the hole).
Either way, after replacing the hoses yesterday, I have driven the car around a bit and the cooling system seems fine (fluid level has been maintained) but it is leaking a good bit of water (not coolant - I checked) when I park. It did not do this prior to me swapping the hoses, a job during which I drained, flushed with a garden hose, and refilled the system I might be overreacting, but I got a long drive tomorrow and I'm a tad nervous. Is this water leak normal after doing a flush, or normal ongoing? Any help is appreciated.

if it's just water, it's not uncommon after a flush with a hose. plenty of spots residual water can sit on an engine/in an engine bay until drying or being sloshed off.
Ive had this issue after doing flushes and replacing hoses and what not. DO NOT reuse the clamps, get some screw tightened ones. Also i know this is common procedure but make sure the hoses are on all the way and the clamps are properly secured in the correct positions.
