Default clutch replacement

i have a manual 96 honda accord 4 cyl stock. I have had it about a year now. I am noticing that its lacking power. I dont feel the force that it had. Idle is fine no code or anything but i still feel that the car is lacking power. I learned to drive standard on the car and am beginning to think that i might of burned the clutch on it. I have no idea when they replaced the clutch. DO i need a clutch and if so which is the better brand? Its my daily driver so i dnt want to put but stock parts in there for now

I would not replace the clutch if it doesn't need it, it sounds like your engine is the problem not your clutch. I would start by doing a compression test and find out the health of your engine. A new clutch will not benefit your power unless you have something much more than stock like a camshaft, turbo, or a tuned ECU.

If the clutch is worn out the disc will constantly slip reducing power.

It doesn't sound like you need a clutch, but if you really want to replace your clutch, then just replace it for no reason.
