Like it says i got a B18C1 swap with 110000 miles on it and I want to go turbo.Should I replace anything while I have the motor out?Particularly all the bearings ,oil pump, water pump.

Did you take GREAT care of the motor in the past? IE: frequent oil changes....ect?

Get the engine compression/leak down tested, and if it shows up good:

BOOST IT!!!!

Since the motor is out, just invest the money right now so you can enjoy the extra boost

Now that I read the "the engine is already out" part.....

I agree

Do as much as you can while the motor is out
