My buddy gave me this turbo and I had plans of using it on one of my old turbo Dodges. It is off of a 95 Cummins. He replaced it when he put a big turbo on his truck. At the time it was not smoking or leaking, but it has sat for several years. It has very minimal shaft play, but I'm uncertain if it needs a rebuild or not. (I was going to rebuild it).
