My Honda civic will start fluttering the rpm gauge n then loses power till it turn off the more u press the pedal the more power it loses. But the the car turn on normally. This has only happened twice the last month. And the two time it did it the car was cold. Idk my Honda civic is 1998 ex with a d15b dual Grecian with a Ecu of the d16y8
