Default Crazy CEL Issue

Ok first off before I begin I have searched tons of threads on this site and others... Still have not found what is causing this.

95 civic sedan turn the key on dash lights all light up CEL stays on can't hear the fuel pump prime like it should wont start. Leave the key in the ON position and wait between 10-25 minutes youll hear the fuel pump prime and the CEL will go off and the car will start and run fine.

So the first thing I did was try to pull codes well it comes back as code 0=fried ECU? So ive tried several diff ECUS and still the same issue. Ive also replaced the main relay 3 or 4 times still having this issue. Checked all fuses and grounds still the same issue! Its driving me nuts please does some body have any idea to what the hell is going on?

It sounds like your main relay is going out.

Check that no leads have been pushed out of the ECU plugs. That's all I got.

thats the thing it shuts down the whole car no spark or fuel.... I get power to the fuel pump... but it still wont start because of no spark.. that light goes off the system primes and every thing works like it should.

I had a similar problem and it was the ignition. Change your ignition out. Only thing is your gonna have to keys unless you get it from the dealer with the vin.
