I have a 92 accord dx. There is no power going to fuel pump fuel pump relay and there is no spark. Just replaced the ecu fuel pump relay fuel pump fuel filter. It has to be electrical. The local honda dealer suggested the ignitor to be replaced but that wouldnt fix the no fuel issue. Bad ground? Dont know where to start.

 

Check for breaks in the electrical line. Possible short.

It actually turned out to be neither a fuse or a short. The thermostat was replaced and honda has the main engine ground going to the thermostat housing. The ring terminal broke so i had to splice a new one on. Re ran it to transmission housing and started right up. Helpful hint for anyone with same issues. I would also recommend upgrading wiring from 16gauge to atleast an 8gauge ground. Less resistance.
