First off, here's some information on the motor (Due note I drive about 5~8k miles a year)

140k Miles
Manual Transmission
OEM Clutch (~2 years)
New Dizzy (<1 year)
New Alternator (<1 year)
Wires and spark plugs (~2 years)
Exhaust header
4 engine mounts
accelerator cable
A/C compressor
A/C condenser
Starter
Both knuckles
Axles (Need to be replaced but will work for the installation)
Factory Air Box
Stock shift linkage
Stock ECU (never opened)

The motor and trans are in good shape and well kept for the year. Came out of an 89 hatch. Literally everything is included. Will consider parting out if the price is right.

The only issue with the motor is the Axles need to be replaced, torn boot, and the A/C condenser piping isn't included. The wiring harness isn't included if it was still on the motor, it was transferred.

Looking to sell the motor or trade for a B series turbo set up, EF parts or possibly something. Let me know what you have if you want to trade for it.

Also have access to an engine hoist and an engine stand. It's not mine, but he is looking to sell it too.
