I have a 92 civic hatch CX that has new head gasket, o2 sensor, thermostat and PCV valve. It runs great when you first start it, excellent on the highway, but as soon as the thermostat opens up and if we are slowing into town the fuel starts cutting out and it is all we can do to keep it running. No smoke, overheating, etc.

Seems like maybe a fuel sensor issue, but??? Any ideas?
