Rotor rubbing on Caliper bracket 1996 accord lx coupe
Car is a 96 accord lx coupe. I just replaced the wheel bearings, rotors and pads on the car. I noticed as i took it apart there were grooves on the inner race of both the hubs. What should i try to fix this issue?
If the hubs are scored with deep grooves you may need to replace the hubs.
When installing the new wheel bearings, were they easy to press on or was there resistance? What brand wheel bearings did you use? Did you torque the bearing attachment bolts?
Scoring of the rotor via the caliper cage is usually indicative of a heavily worn bearing. But if the bearing is new the hub may be in need of replacement.

They are moog bearings. I didn't notice any difference between this side and the other side I didn't have issues with. I ruled out the bracket by trying them on each side.
Normally if the bearing is really bad it will wear the hubs and the hubs need to be replaced.
Basically you'll want to replace the hubs if there is any scoring whatsoever.
