Default replaced motor now having tranny problems

I have a 03 acura RSX base. Auto. Well I replaced the motor because it spun a bearing. So found a good motor out of a 05 RSX. It only has 14k on it. Got the motor swapped out. And started it up and my transmission won't do anything. My snap on computer has codes for all the solenoids and the temp sensor for the car is bad. Can't be I just drove it in the shop this morning. Tranny works good. But I have some electrical problems. The front pump is working great. And wires were triple checked and even tried different harnesses. Tranny is at good level. As soon as I turn the key on the d light flashes. I start it and I can shift it to neutral and stuff and roll it but it does nothing in any gear. Reverse forward manual and d3 all dead. Any ideas guys?

How the hell did you just swap engines? Or do you have kpro now or the 05 ECU? Or what because that engine and your originally engine are COMPLETELY different.....
