Default special washer probably?

While re-assembling the timing tensioner business during working on my 92 I've discovered I've somehow misplaced (lost) the metal washer, shown as #28 in the following diagram. The parts list describes it as "washer 10.3x25" just as I've typed. I'm fairly certain I recall this metal washer as being fairly thick, maybe 1/8" or so. There's no dealer locally from where I might obtain this part (if they even happened to have it in stock) and I hate to have to go to the trouble to order it and wait if I can avoid that necessity. From what I understand so far, that "10.3x25" indicates a hole size of 10.3 and a whole size of 25, and also that this is apparently an oddball size (not something typically found at a hardware store). I would imagine the exact thickness might be a fairly critical spec also. I have the Honda part number should I need to order a replacement, and will cost a few bucks plus 5 bucks for shipping, and I'd have to wait a full week or more for it to arrive. There's no junkyards here or junked 92 Accords here either. Any comments appreciated.

Wow...you've asked this same question on 4 other sites. Came up when I googled 10.3x25 washer...lol

I think you already have your answer on this one.... It is a Honda/Acura specific washer, they even have this washer listed as a part on the Honda bikes as well. 90501-MB7-610.

Asked on two other sites not four. Most replies indicate/suggest I should probably not take a chance on using some alternative washer (other than the Honda one) even if it was a close match.

On the other hand, one guy said "If the washer was anything special, or a special thickness, it would be noted on parts list, sometimes with an abbreviation like "(sp)." I would go down to the hardware store and just get a hardened washer to replace it and never think about it again"

Not sure what parts list would show the abbreviation but the parts list I looked at didn't.

I don't think I have ever seen any part number on Honda's site with (sp) or an indicator like that and I've ordered a crap ton of parts between my cars on multiple sites.

Yeah, me too. Maybe not a crap ton, but yeah. Thanks for the input, which now further reinforces my reluctance to choose a hardware store washer instead of the special Honda one.
