Default Vacuum routing and EAVC

Having some issues in the engine bay mid swap here.

First off, probably the biggest issue I'm having, the vacuum line possibilities I have and the ones in my manual are different. I have a 88-89 CRX DOHC manual that I'm pulling this information from. So correct me if this isn't applicable. I have a JDM B16A SiR I OBD0.

Here are a couple of the diagrams I've put together and color coordinated in hopes of making it easier on myself.

-Note, the manual says the throttle body should be the same for the DOHC even though the picture is of a SOHC

Here is a shot of my engine bay, the throttle body is kind of far away but you can see that it doesn't have the same hook ups as the diagram.

I'm not sure where everything goes vacuum line wise. I have a charcoal canister and a firewall mounted MAP sensor though.

Next issue, wiring. I believe I have cut a plug too short thinking it was an injector plug. Turns out it was the EAVC plug. It's green and fits onto the EAVC sensor on the back of the throttle body. Is there anyway to rewire the plug? Do I pull out the back and re solder something? While we are talking about this, what color are the EAVC wires? And what is the white plug on the front of the throttle body? It has the same plug as the EAVC but white.

Moving along, my cable on the clutch seems to be too short. Maybe I'm just not trying hard enough. But fully loosened it is about an inch or two short from fitting in the bracket. And the bracket to clutch arm is longer (measured it) Than the D15 I had in the car before. Should I just change out the bracket on the motor? At a loss here too.

Next again. For lack of a better word, the VSS or gear something. Is electrical on the transmission and mine is mechanical. How do you remove these from the transmission to swap out? I have removed the bolt and it doesn't just slide out or anything.

I could really use some photos of someone with the same motor. I have searched this forum and several others without much success. A lot of photos are removed and a lot of answers don't quite explain it very well.

After I get this all said and done, I'm writing the longest article I can muster on the B series into EF swap. I have hit just about ever snag possible on the swap. And usually google can save me in a couple minutes (or hours) but I haven't had much success today.

Thanks
