The ef chassis never had a vti in any market of the world
Europe did get a vt though. They came in both left and right hand versions. There are not to many vt parts floating around North Amerivan though, because shipping is often three times what it cost to get stuff from Japan
What do you need the harness for and why not just use a USDM part?

Der was tinfoil wrapped round a fuse and wiring for clocks cd player n others melted together so will need all wiring from behind dash
