Default Brake & Fuel Lines rotting - 00 Civic - Do they need to be replaced?

I noticed the fuel/brake lines on a recently purchased 2000 Civic are looking a bit rough. It seems like the brake lines were replaced but run right next to the old lines.

The fuel lines don't seem to be leaking yet.

Anybody care to take a look at the pictures below and let me know your thoughts on if they need to be replaced.

i would probably replace them all. It appears someone did a ghetto fix at some point.
