Hey I want to show my slow build I bought del sol with a blown b7 I did a quick swap z6 just to get it running later I'm going to swap a b20 vtec or gsr but that's an other story there's some pics to see I'm going to send it to the body jod to weld the radiator support idk if to paint it blue or black

I need some opinions on doing civic si blue or nice black

I went to the junk yard for some ek hignes to weld on my del sol
Had to cut the ek hood cuse it dint fit but it lined up great hood not over lap frnder this is a pain in the *** build but f*ck it here's more pics

No. They aren't. They have got to be one of the ugliest Honda ever put out.

 

Aside from this one...

The weld on the hinge looks incredibly bad. I'm a newb when it comes to welding but I think even my worst weld is better than that.

 

Hey I know it's not the best weld but I just did a quick weld to see if it work and it did I'm getting them done profecianaly so it would look better

For all u ******* haters stop posting negative comments this is guide to anyone that wants to do this conversion and to show my build

 

So today I didn't do much but I marked the spot welds (in purple) to drill them out I also bought a 00 radiator support online and its f*cking weak I didn't find any rad supports at the junkyard the were all bent so I was thinking on just using the upper rad support and keep the bottom oem support the spot welds are so u can take it all out I'm not going to drill all of the weld spots since I'm only take off the top support

I remember seeing a del sol back in maybe 2001 that had a 2000 si front end painted electron blue pearl and it looked good

I was thinking on electron blue pearl too I'm planing on stripping the whole car to clean the dirt and paint it all but I want some black with polish lip dr54 wheels
Would it looke better on electron blue pearl or jet black

 

I'm doing some bodywork my dad is teaching me last time he did bodywork was 20 years ago so I hope it comes out good
