Default 2004 Honda Odyssey EXL Rear Brake

I just got the rear brakes pads, rotors, and shoes done but for some reason when I turn right the rear left wheel drag and I can hear it with the windows up. I got a mechanic to check it but he’s not able to figure it out too. Parking brake is set good and brake shield is clear. What do you guys think is causing it rub when I turn right? Could it be that the rotors or brake pads are bad even though they are NEW? They still look good and clean but who knows.

I am also running 17x7 40 offset after market wheels too so could it be the wheels? The mechanic said it shouldn’t matter and everything looks good. He rechecks the job by cleaning everything and reinstalls the brakes but the noise is still there.
Please help me out if you experience this with your VAN.
Thanks
