Power Steering on EK w B18C
Hey people.
So after sifting through 10 pages of threads for the last half hour looking for this info, perhaps posting it as a question might be a bit more productive.
I have an EK with a JDM GSR swap and still have the old D Series PS pump hanging keeping the fluid contained. The PS pump that came with my engine doesn't fit the PS line from the D, obviously, so what combination of parts do I need to make this work?
TL;DR

My ghetto solution:
For my B18C-R I used a CRV B20 p/s pump that I modified. I partially cut and drilled the mounts on the B20 p/s pump to make this work.
I also had to heat and bend the PS line from my D motor in order for it to mate with the B20 pump. All of which is ghetto, but it works. I have a PR3 head so our brackets are different.
The above requires that you properly align the belt, which is a pain in the ***. I used washers as spacers to accomplish proper alignment. When I heated the stock D series P/S line I wrapped a wet cloth around the end that plugs into the rubber hose to prevent heat damage to the rubber hose.
I am hoping someone else provides the "right solution" for you. If none is given try what I did. Good luck

I have the same swap in my car. I'm using a 99-00 Si pump, but unsure of the brackets for head and block. I think I'm using different bracket combo's from different B series. I can't recall, been a while.
Look in my archives or search for pdiggydogg (unsure of username), he actually has a write up for this that I followed.
