Icon3 Rack and pinion gone wrong. HELP!!!

Today i was replacing my rack and pinion on my 98 civic ex coupe D16y8. I replaced the power steering hose while i was at it and as i was guiding the new hose to its spot, i bumped into something around the alternator area (Not sure what i actually hit) and shorted or grounded something out (it sparked). I didn't think much of it, so i just disconnected my battery and continued. Now that i finally finished on the rack..... I noticed that my car no longer starts. I hit the ignition and nothing happens. head lights or any lights on the dash dont come on. Please help.

You probably popped a fuse. Check them

should i check all fuses? And do you know where i can get a good digram? I dont have the fuse cover any more. I checked a couple of fuses last night like the ignition and alternator fuse under the steering column and they were good.
