My honda was work fine a month a go then a few week ago it started it had less power, the engine feels heavy because it slow to accelerate and it doesnt shift to 4 gear, when i floor it stalls and make cranking sound when i step on the gas when driving

Its a 90 honda accord LX 4cylinder

 

Are the tune up items up to date (cap, rotor, plugs, ect)?

Check for stored codes in either the ECU or TCU.
