honda tech helppp!!!!!!! i did a tune up my single cam and now it only cranks but no spark i changed the igniter it didnt work i also changed the ignition coil no difference and ended buying a new dizzy and my **** isnt making any progress can any one help me out pleaseeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

 

Did it have spark before the tuneup?

 

yes it did it turned on and everything

 

Did you screw up the firing order?

 

its not the firing order theres no spark

 

Well you said it worked before so maybe one of your new parts is no good try changin one by one

 

did you put the rotor and distributor cap on correctly?

I've done I don't know how many tune-ups, as to most of us and never had an issue.

well if it had spark BEFORE you tuned it cltake tune out and put ALL part back on it had. as saying goes regroup and punt

 

did you remember to plug the distributer back in....any fuses blown ?

 

my car turned on today i changed the coil in the other dizzy i bought and my car turned on, but later the same day it decided not to work no more spark and on top of that my turn signal wont work now either!!! my car is retarded helpp

 

sounds 100% like a bad ground/grounding issue. just today my GSR decided to not start jiggled the batt to chassis all was good have since replaced that ground.

 

+1 I agree I had a bad ground and my car would do odd things like cel would come on for no reason I went out and checked the thermostat ground and it was rusted fixed it and no issues.
