ground control, koni setup , advice/opinions
So I have a set of ground control coils with the eibach springs of course. The rates are 0700.250.0375 and 0450. These were on my civic si, with tokico whites, that I have parted out. I want to put some suspension on my US 98 itr and I have a deal currently with a member on here for a set of zeals (used). I've always seen people prasing the koni yellow/gc setup though never used or ridden in the setup personally. I decided to look into it a bit and found koni yellow sports for $150/pair, front and rear. Considering I have the gc's already and the spring rates are good would this be a better route to go? The car will not be daily driven, thanks for the help.
I'd jump on the sale tirerack.com is throwing right now I picked up a set of Koni Yellow's for my R $112 front & $117 rear. I'm sticking with my oem springs though. From the threads I've been reading Koni Yellow is best bang for your buck for shocks in that price range. I believe they are also rebuild-able.
