Was wondering if anyone had any good tips/tricks/ways to fix the broken part of my front bumper on the Sol, or a good quick fix so it will mount up nice, tight and straight.

Nothing to advanced as I'm kind of a newb and never done any body work or anything like that.

ghetto method: large washer and new screw

correct method: get a replacement bumper

 

Sell me that pink rock, looks porous as hayell dawg.

 

Washer, zipties, re-drill, JB weld.

 

Maybe find a beat up cover that has that section in good shape, cut it out and plastic weld it to your current cover?

 

Plastic weld, and it would be better to cut a piece of any honda bumper and try and use that mold it to your bumper rather than just molding it entirely from the plastic weld stuff.
That is just a quick fix, it could easily break again.
Finding a cheap replacement would be better, but if its a 96-97 del sol front, i have trouble finding them.
