Speedometer issues

Default Speedometer issues

When the car is off my speedometer says I'm doing 20mph then when I turn the key on it goes to 40mph when I'm driving it goes from 40mph and up does. Not got to zero..trying fuse number 15 it was fine .. I took the cluster off and messed with the speedometer needle wen I force it to 0 it goes back up to 20 mph please help thanks????

Sounds like you need to replace the speedometer or cluster.

It's going to be a hassle to re-calibrate the needle, you can either easily swap out the speedometer. (middle screws)
