ZC ECU in my car?

ZC ECU in my car?
I have a ZC block but everything else is D15 and i have a muti point fuel injection and i was going to put in a ZC ECU from my friend and i was wondering if it would work fine? Because the ZC comes with a muti point and if i dont have a muti point wont things mess up?
