Default k20a3 fully built....Is it worth it?

Ok my fellow HT members. Im pretty sure this topic has been covered but I need some insight.I have read a few post about the k20a3 not having the full vtec as a k20a2. I have a k20a3 longblock and I am having a hard time debating if this could be a great build if I were to go all out with a rebuild with sleeves and forged internals.cams valves springs etc. would that extra vtec on the a2 make that much of a difference? Or as long as I did my build right would it even matter because of all themachine work that would be done and better parts being used. Just need opinions no bashing plz. Thank you.

If curious I am the one with the 91 crx hf thats doing a full restore.you can see progress on my tread.

think about what vtec does....if it opens both intake valves and only one exhaust you have a loss in avail. power. idk if its a huge improvement but you'll breathe a lot better especially if your building internals. also consider a supercharger on the build..
