car wont start, starter clicks only once when i turn the key
i just recently swapped a b20 and converted to obd1. my car was starting right up the last few days but today it will not start. the starter only clicks once. i took the starter out and got it tested and it passed. i changed the main relay out for a known working one. i sanded the contacts for the power cable to the starter. i bought the battery last week and it has started this engine about 20 times.

Get a 19mm socket and ratchet and turn the motor over by hand and make sure it's smooth.
Also, check your grounds, and add some more as a temporary measure.

yea check the grounds. a bench test doesnt put load on the starter so itll pass if it kicks out and spins. probably just a bad starter man
