I have an EJ8 and in the process of changing the oil pan gasket I broke the tip off one of the header bolts taking off the pipe between the header and cat(downpipe?). There's enough thread to put a nut back on but the threads need re-tapped. Any idea what size the threads are so I can do it? thanks!

why not just buy a new bolt....it's a M8 if you're wondering as for length just measure it.

 

according to the diagram its 10x1.25mm. hopefully that's right. thanks i didnt even think to look at a schematic. >.<

 

ahh yes I was looking at something else most of the exhaust bolts are M8.
