90 crx si brake upgrade questions.
hi everyone, I have been around Honda tech for ten years. lost my old sign in info so new account. I more just used the site for info rather than posting. so I know what a lot of you are going to say, "use the search button" well I can assure you I have. I can not find the exact info I need. I am in the process of upgrading my stock brakes. 90 crx si. I have a full set of da brakes. I cant find any literature on whether the rear discs in the da and the crx si are the same or if they are different. and if they are different in what way? the rotors look exactly the same. are the calipers stronger? I know all I need to know about the fronts. I know the knuckles are 1/4 inch taller. I am not to concerned about it. I have a fuller camber kit that will be installed at the same time. full coilovers, and I will also be getting an alignment. looked around for an ex and I cant find out, so the da stuff will have to do.
now my next question. if the rears are the same, or if there is no point in swapping the rears. when I install the da fronts, should I swap the proportion valve to a 4040? if the rears are the same to me it would make sense that you would do this since it would be matching the da braking system. I have all the parts needed. in fact I have the da car in my garage. I will be swapping the master cylinder and the booster at the same time I do all this.
so those are my questions hope I don't get a slew of "use the search button" because I have been looking and researching for a couple months now on this set up, and cant find these answers.

Rears are the same. The trailing arms might be different but the caliper, pads and rotors are the same.
The only advice to follow is to completely match the brake system, including the MC and that of the prop valve. Since the rear brakes are the same there's no need to worry about changing the rear.
