Suspension problems

When ever I turn the wheel I hear and feel a thud or pop coming for the front suspension, what can be done to fix it, also my car is a 96 civic coupe

I'm assuming you've not actually gotten under the car and looked yet?

If so, do that first.
$5 says something VERY EASILY NOTICEABLE is broken if you actually look.

Sounds like a lower ball joint but could.be most anything...but it would be obvious with the wheels off.

A post like this is kind of a waste of time if you havent looked yourself.
