Default D15B2 AC idle pulley mounting, is this right ?

Working on getting my AC all put together and I am.concerned with the idle pulley. All the parts diagrams I look at on the OEM parts sites I see two pieces I don't have. One is a collar that looks like it goes under the idle pulley in between it and the bracket. Also diagrams show a cover for the bearing. When I took these parts off a 90 civic sedan dx at the junkyard I did not see the collar or the bearing cover. When my pulley was on the car I do not remember seeing the bearing cover. So I need to know is this how everyone's idle pulley is setup ??

The pictures above looks correct. But not according to Majestic Honda. Below is the parts breakdown, can anyone snap a picture of their idle pulley ??? Everything seems to line up and is nice an solid. If anything I think #23 is pressed into the idle pulley, and I think I could mnake due without running the cover bearing for now.

parts in question is #23 and #24

Part # 23 looks like you have it already in the pic. It shouldn't be pressed it, if I remember correctly you can slide it right into the pulley. Everything else looks great also, I think you would be fine without the cover for now but I would suggest finding one when possible.

Mine ac pully has the cover. I would think the cover is to keep dirt off the bearing. I can take a pic when I get home.

Hey Bill!
The old versions required the cover. They have revised the new ones, new version as well as the aftermarket ones no longer require the dust cover. And Yes, #23 is already installed on your pulley. Make sure the bearing spins freely without any binding or grinding.
