Default jdm b16 swap question

What fluids do I need to buy at the store or that I have to change before I put my b16 swap in my 96 ek?(ex. oil, trans fluid, etc.)
Also what would be the best oil to put in the b16 from experience?...

...Before you put the engine in the car? Nothing.

After you install it, however, you should get whatever 5W30 is cheap, a couple gallons of uncut coolant (cut it yourself, save bills), Honda brake fluid for your brake and clutch lines, and Honda MTF.

yup any 5w-30 oil is fine..it's more important that you change it regularly than the brand
