Wrecked. Frame Damage? Bought certified
Obviously wrecked, not reported and sold, which is illegal for a dealer (at least in this state). I wouldn't even talk to Honda at this point. I would just take all this to the lawyer.
1.Do you have a copy of rge carfax? 2. Did you get all the stuff they said in writing for you can have proof that there was damage that was not reported? When you purchased the car did they mention any previous damage to the car that was not reported? If the car is certified that means they went threw there 150 point check and should have seen all that was wrong before selling the car. It sounds like they damaged the car in the lot and fix it quick , ive heard of this before but i could be wrong. GL...
Never trust carfax 100% Have seen multiple cars that say no crash damage and clearly had loads of damage done to it. If it's never reported, it will never show up
Always look over a used car very closely and it will save you a big headache later.

All those body panels are adjustable to a degree. If they are OEM body panels and the structure underneath isn't damaged then any body shop should be able to even up those gaps.

The only thing the panels being misaligned tells you is that the panels were taken off at some point. Even if the car DID have frame damage at some point, if it was repaired properly, the gaps will look good as new. Hell, even if not repaired back to 100% perfect, you can make the gaps look good. I know people who have repainted parts of their car because of rock chips or someone keying it. Repainted doesn't mean wrecked.
That is a pretty horrible job of aligning the panels. Whoever installed them must have been drunk.

Also, have you gotten an alignment since you bought the car? If not, that's the obvious place to start for the pulling issue. If you did get an alignment and it still pulls, the alignment shop should be able to tell you why; whether it's a bent control arm, a bad ball joint, etc.
For a mass produced car those seams don't look too bad. If the gap is even between fender and hood it is probably factory. This seam is very noticeable, unlike the slight difference of protrusion of headlights or hood on one side.
Did you look at your front suspension bushings? Most notably the front lower control arm bushings. #17

The leading bushing is similar to S60 Volvo cars have, which tends to break and come apart. If this is the case with your car it would cause alignment and tire wear problems, but also hard pulling under braking.
Are you sure the pulling to the right is not from the natural crown of the road?

If you go through your paperwork and it states they bought it from a auction with a bent frame then yes, the honda dealer is liable. BUT, if it's a trade in and it wasent reported to carfax then how would you expect them to know? Even if they did catch it, They're trying to make money and you can't PROVE **** bro.
The Wife bought a 05 blazer while I'm in Japan, it threw a CEL for an 02 sensor after owning it for a week. I can almost guarentee they just cleared the code and sold it, but I cantPROVE ****, see the trend?
Certified is just a fancy way of saying our mechanic looked it over real proper like.
1) it's almost been a year since you bought the car, you complain about paint chips there going to laugh your *** out of their dealership.
2) alignment was off since day one, did you not test drive the car?
3) how did you not notice overspray when looking at it?
Conclusion- you rushed into buying a car, shot yourself in the foot.

As for the pulling, certain roads will always pull to the right. You have to make sure that ALL roads do the same before blaming it on the car.
Maybe threaten the BBB? Businesses always punk out when you're talking to the BBb about how they scammed you. To much money to be lost... Press them hard, it's worth a shot.
The pull is definitely the car. - no question.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why the seams are unaligned? All body panels are original (including bumper) and bolts looked untouched. I am running out of what ideas as to what is going on with it. Major curb check?
As I mentioned earlier, I removed the bumper and everything looked great. The only thing that was bent slightly was the mental bracket under the headlight that holds the bumper. I bent it back into place but bumper and headlight still don't align.

being that it is a used car, it is entirely possible some one could have swapped panels out then swapped them back. like, if some one put a carbon fiber hood on but kept the original if the car was a lease?
and as far as the alignment issue goes, stop taking it to the stealership. take it to a reputable third party alignment shop and have it examined. dealerships main goal is to get you in a new car and take your money as fast as possible
