Default change from atomatic to manual f18b2

hey now it's so that my automatic transmission has collapsed (mdja) and it's very difficult to get here in finland. Now I wonder what must be changed if I'd put in a manual transmission in it. a u2j4 should fit well? what more you have to change? car it is about is a 1999 honda accord. thanks for the reply!

We actually had some talk about the foreign F18 motor a few weeks ago. None of us can be of much help due to this being a foreign platform that we aren't educated enough about. You will most likely have better luck looking elsewhere for answers!

Cheers

You would have to replace the same things as a 6th gen 5 speed swap. I am not as familiar with the 98-02 Accord chassis, specially the Euro Accord. So I am not sure on what exact parts can be swapped and where you would get them from.

I woulds assume that the F18b2 came in a standard trim as well as automatic. So it should be a pretty straight forward swap as compared to the 5 speed swaps posted here on H-T.

Wish I could be of more help!

Best of luck
