Default EVAP CEL

I have a 2003 Pilot that the Service Engine Light comes on indicating a EVAP code of 1457. Most of the valves, canister, fuel tank filler neck, and the gas cap have been replaced. The car also has had two smoke tests and until recently has passed both tests. On the last test a small leak was found in the fuel filler neck and that was the last part replaced. The rubber hoses have been replaced, but the steel lines have not. The engine light still comes on and give a 1457 code. The SUV has been a fantastic car up till now. Any suggestions where to look next? I have a 2003 Pilot Service Manual and can trace the system. The service manual also give troubleshooting procedures. The shop where I have taken the car has put it on their diagnostics each time and it appears all solenoids and valves are operating properly. Is there an alternate system that can trip a code to the EVAP system? Any information would be appreciated.
