Installed the manifold no issues at all but am just curious as to which throttle cable bracket I'm supposed to use becuase the one off the Z6 manifold doesn't work it makes the cable feel weird not to mention I had to mount it awkwardly just to get it to work, anybody know what it's supposed to actually be? Maybe y8?

 

you can adjust the cable you know that right. what do you mean by awkwardly mounted ?

 

I had to flip the z6 throttle cable bracket on my installation and it worked perfectly. For smoother operation once you mount it, you can bend the tab another 45* so the cable is pointing at the bottom of the throttle wheel on the throttle body. Hard to explain without pics.

 

I understand what you mean I was thinking about bending it but I would've just rather get the right one but ill try that^^^

 

Ofcouarsebi no that lol by the mounting bracket is different between models and engines etc..
