1991 Crx Si. Revving goes off the charts then drops. See video attached!
Would a faulty fuse box be the culprit? Or a bad dizzy? Or cap? Just got the o2 sensors replaced. New thermostat. New radiator.

When mine did that it was a bad igniter.
Most people end up just replacing the distributor to solve that issue.

Wait a sec...............are you not stepping on the throttle at all in that video?
Like F22 says, it can't possibly rev that high with the throttle plate closed. If it is, I'd have to assume you're getting mass amounts of air sneaking into the intake past the TB.
