1997 Accord tail lights stuck on
When the small light fuse is put in the tail lights stay on. The brake lights do not stay on so it's not the brake light switch. Also there is no after market alarm system.
Any suggestions?

You mean the night lights come on?
Like you turned on your headlights and now the brake lights are on the low filiment?
Or rather that the reverse lights are on?
