Default Honda ATF

Hi, I live in a country where Honda ATF is not longer available, and there are no plans of having it available in the near future. I own two cars, and I need to change the fluid in one, and the other one is loosing a bit of fluid, so I need to top it.

Remember, there is no Honda ATF due import restrictions, so I'm not even able to buy it in the US and get it into the country. Actually, is virtually impossible to get any transmission fluid besides a local brand (which i really distrust).

Found a guy who still is stocked with Castrol Dexron 6. Would it be ok to use it into my Hondas transmissions. Yeah, I've read a lot in this and other forums... but remember, is impossible to get genuine Honda ATF. I want alternatives.

Cars are Civic 99 and Accord 98
